OUR WINES
Fleuraison Blanc de Blancs
Fleuraison (Flowering) Blanc de Blancs is made from the white
Arien Grape, and is grown in the La Mancha region of Spain.
The first fermentation takes place in Spain under cool
temperatures to make a ‘base’ wine that is fresh and fruity –
with good acidity. After the wine is stabilized, it is shipped to
the Languedoc, where our sparkling wine experts create the
second fermentation under pressure – using specific yeasts
specially selected for sparkling wine. After the second
fermentation, the wines are bottled at ‘4’ atmospheres and
finished with real corks and a bright foil capsule.
The resulting ‘Vin Mouseaux’ has a fine perfume of flowers
(Fleuraison) and bread dough, with butter, almond and hazelnut
flavors in the mouth.
